Beautiful black velour with “bow” swoops and a beautiful rhinestone accent. Measurement inside is 21.5”. Purchased at Hudson Department Store in Detroit, Michigan. Hat was stored for decades so there is an odor when you sniff the hat. I believe a little fresh air and a bit of sunshine and that can disappear almost all together.
