The round brim is surrounded by a beautiful wide brim with unique cutouts, and the edge is made of transparent crin of matching color. (Crin, also known as crinoline or horsehair, is a net-like material, easy to mold and is often used in the decoration of clothing, hats and accessories.) At one side of the hat on top of the brim there is spray of narrow felt bands plus some white ostrich feathers. There is an elastic band attached to the inside of the hat to keep it in place. This hat is to be worn on top of the hair. Size is not really applicable. Absolutely beautiful!
